增强大学生党员“四个意识”路径研究

A Study on the Path of Strengthening"Four-Consciousness"of College Student Party Members

为了解新形势下高校大学生党员对“四个意识”的认知和实践情况，我们在江苏省Y市某高校，做了一次无记名问卷调查。调查显示：当前我国高校在意识形态教育方面总体上富有成效，多数大学生党员对“四个意识”比较了解，但受内外因素交互影响，部分同志存在理想信念动摇、宗旨意识淡薄、自我监督缺乏、标杆作用不够、创新意识不足等问题。增强“四个意识”，要加强思想教育，以理论学习武装头脑；引导网络舆情，以榜样示范引领风尚；严明组织纪律，以互督互促净化风气；提高党性修养，以自律自省守住底线；创新工作方法，以真抓实干增强实效。

In order to understand the awareness and practice ofthe"four-consciousness"of college student Party members in thenew situation,we conducted a questionnaire survey in a universityin Y City of Jiangsu Province.The survey shows that most ofChina's colleges are effective in ideological education,and mostcollege students have a good understanding of"four-consciousness",but influenced by internal and external factors,some comradeshave encountered some problems,such as wavering idealsand beliefs,weak consciousness of aim,lack of self-supervision,weak benchmarking role,and lack of innovation.To strengthen"four-consciousness",we should strengthen ideological educationand improve ourselves through theory learning;we shouldguide network public opinions and lead the mainstream by playingan exemplary role;we should carry out strict discipline regulationand improve the atmosphere through mutual supervisionand promotion;we should improve the Party spirit cultivation andenhance self-discipline;we should innovate our working methodsand improve the effectiveness through practical measures.
