完善民族地区大学生志愿服务的路径选择——以驻呼高校为例

The Path Choice of Perfecting College Students' Volunteer Service in Ethnic Areas:A Case Study on Colleges in Huhhot

志愿服务起源于西方,发展至今已有百余年的历史,其核心精神体现三个特点,即"志愿性、利他性和无偿性"。在我国,随着青年志愿服务活动的逐步发展,大学生志愿服务活动成为其主要动力和最活跃的群体。民族地区的志愿服务中大学生志愿活动越来越活跃和积极,但受各种社会、高校、大学生自身等因素的限制和影响,民族地区的大学生志愿活动仍然存在一定的局限,因此,探讨民族地区大学生志愿服务活动的完善对策,是大学生在新时期理论与实践相结合的最佳途径,也是提升大学生社会责任感的重要推动力。

Volunteer service originated in the West,and it hasexperienced more than100years of development.Its core spiritembodies such three characteristics as"voluntary,altruistic andunpaid".In China,with the gradual development of youth volunteerservice activities,college students'volunteer service activitiesbecome its main driving force and the most active group.Thevolunteer activities of college students in ethnic areas are becomingmore and more active.However,there are still some limitationsin the volunteer activities of college students in ethnic areasbecause of the restriction and influence of various factors such associety,colleges and college students.Therefore,to explore themain countermeasures to improve college students'volunteer serviceactivities is the best way to combine theory and practice inthe new period,and also an important driving force to enhancethe social responsibility of college students.
