摘要
作为评教的主体,学生对评教活动的了解度、认可度和投入度等心理因素影响着评教的结果,学生心理的变化也会导致评教结果的偏差。本研究发现,整体而言,学生的评教心理表现出积极的一面。本研究还发现,因"报复心理"、"应付心理"、"戒备心理"等因素的制约,一部分学生评教时呈现出消极的心理状态。本研究分析了原因,并提出了如何调适评教心理、助力学生发展的建议。
As the subject of teaching evaluation,psychologicalfactors such as how much students learn about it,how much studentsrecognize it and how students behave to it influence its results.In addition,changes in students'psychology can lead todeviations in evaluation results.The study finds that as a whole,students positively participate in teaching evaluation.However,the study also finds that a small percentage of students take anegative attitude to teaching evaluation owing to their revengepsychology,perfunctoriness psychology and guard psychology.Inthe end,the study analyzes the causes and suggests that measuresshould be taken to adjust students'negative psychology in teachingevaluation and help them develop.
