医院档案是医院在医疗、教学、科研等业务实践活动中形成的具有保存价值和重要意义的原始记录,是宝贵的财富,只有加强档案管理工作,更好地发挥档案利用价值,才能有利于领导更好地制定发展决策,使档案资源为医院的发展建设提供参考依据,推动医院的医教研工作。本文围绕档案利用的重要性,分析档案利用工作中存在的问题,提出了发挥档案利用价值的几点建议。

Hospital archives are original records forming in thebusiness practice of hospitals,including medical treatment,teaching and scientific research,so they are worthy of preservationand of great significance.Only by strengthening archivesmanagement and giving play to its utilization value can leadersbetter make development decisions and can archives resourcesprovide reference for hospital development and promote medicalteaching and scientific research.Revolving around the importanceof archives utilization,this paper analyzes the problems inthe use of archives and puts forward some suggestions on how tomake use of archives.
