摘要
研究了不同等温时间对冷变形超级贝氏体钢组织与性能的影响。结果表明:随着等温时间的延长,贝氏体组织增多,残奥含量先降低后升高,抗拉强度增加,延伸率降低。冷轧试样在950℃保温30 min后,在300℃保温1 h时,延伸率最大为12.5%,组织中残奥含量为11.1%,拉伸前后残奥含量变化为8.8%,因发生TRIP效应使强塑积达到24.88 GPa·%,综合性能最佳。
The effects of different isothermal time on the microstructure and mechanical properties of super bainitic steel treated by cold deformation were studied.The results show that isothermal time ascending and bainite increasing,retained austenite decreased then increased,the tensile strength increases gradually and the elongation decreases.When the experimental steel of cold-rolled was austenitized at950℃for30min,staying at300℃for1h,elongation reached the maximum value of12.5%,the content of retained austenite is11.1%,then the change of content of retained austenite is8.8%,strength-ductility is24.88GPa·%for TRIP effect,comprehensive property is the best.
