鼻头部整形自体耳软骨联合硅胶假体置入在鼻部综合整形中的应用

目的探讨分析鼻头部整形自体耳软骨联合硅胶假体置入在鼻部综合整形中的临床应用效果。方法本次研究入选对象为我院从2014年9月至2015年8月收治的68例鼻部综合整形患者,应用数字随机表法分配成对照组与联合组,对照组患者应用常规硅胶假体置入手术治疗,联合组患者在此基础上联合鼻头部整形自体耳软骨治疗方法,术后随访6个月,对比两组患者整形修复情况,对比两组患者治疗效果以及术后并发症发生率。结果两组患者经过手术治疗后修复效果显著,联合组患者综合治疗效果更高,且术后并发症发生情况较少,组间优良率及并发症发生率比较差异较大,均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论单纯应用硅胶假体置入患者术后鼻部美学效果以及并发症情况并不理想,在此基础上联合鼻头部整形自体耳软骨治疗,能够最大程度满足患者需求,同时并发症发生较少,有助于患者整形效果的提升。

Objective To explore the clinical application of autologous ear cartilage combined with autochondria in nasal surgery.Methods This study was selected for the hospital from2014.9to2015.8were analyzed in68cases of patients with nasal composite plastic,application of digital table randomly assigned into control group and combined group,control group patients use conventional silicone prosthesis in surgery,the joint group of patients on the basis of the joint nose plastic autogenous ear cartilage treatment,postoperative follow-up of6months,compared two groups of patients with plastic repair,compared two groups of patients with therapeutic effect as well as the incidence of postoperative complications.Results Two groups of patients after surgery to repair effect is remarkable,the joint group of patients with comprehensive treatment effect is higher,and less postoperative complications happening,fine rate and complication rates compare differences between groups,had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The simple application of silicone prosthesis in patients with postoperative nasal aesthetic effects and complications are not ideal,on the basis of this combined therapy with plastic autogenous ear cartilage nose department,to maximize meet the demand of patients,less complications occurred at the same time,help patients cosmetic effect.
