改良真皮内缝合法在整形美容外科的应用

Application of modified intradermal suture in cosmetic surgery

目的探讨改良真皮内缝合法在整形美容外科的应用。方法分析我院2015年6月-2016年6月收治的进行美容外科缝合的患者,共有100例患者参与到此次研究中,将患者分成观察组和对照组,每组50例,对照组采用传统缝合方式,观察组采用改良真皮内翻缝合,对两组患者的术后愈合情况和三个月后的瘢痕情况进行比较。结果观察组的术后愈合情况好于对照组,观察组三个月后的瘢痕恢复情况好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良真皮内缝合法在整形美容外科手术中应用,可以促进患者的伤口尽快的愈合,并且患者的瘢痕比较淡,值得在临床上应用。

Objective To investigate the application of modified intradermal suture in cosmetic surgery.Methods Analyzing the patients In our hospital from2015.6-2016.6year who were treated with cosmetic surgical suture,100patients were involved in the study,the patients were divided into observation group and control group,50cases in each group,the control group using traditionalsuture method,the observation group was treated with modified dermal scar on varus suture,and three months after the healing of the two groups of patients after operation in the control group.Results The postoperative healing in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the recovery of the scar in the observation group was better than that in the control group after three months,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified intradermal suture in plastic surgery can promote the healing of the wound as soon as possible,and the scar of the patient is relatively weak,so it is worthy of clinical application.
