红蓝光交替照射治疗颜面部痤疮的疗效及护理体会分析

The effect of alternating blue and blue light on the treatment of facial acne is analyzed

目的探讨红蓝光交替照射治疗颜面部痤疮的疗效及护理体会。方法此次研究对象为2017年3月~2017年9月本院收治的90例颜面痤疮患者,依照就诊时间的先后将90例患者随机分为对照组和研究组进行探讨,每组各45例。对照组患者使用常规药物治疗,研究组患者在常规治疗的基础上加用红蓝光交替照射治疗,疗程结束后比较两组患者治疗效果。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率显著优于对照组,组间数据对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规药物治疗的基础上增加使用红蓝光交替照射治疗颜面部痤疮效果显著,未发生严重不良反应,可以推广实践。

Objective To investigate the curative effect and nursing experience of the treatment of facial acne by alternating blue and blue light.Methods The study object for March2017to September2017in our hospital treated90cases of patients with facial acne,according to the time of90patients were randomly divided into control group and the team carries on the discussion,each group45cases each.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional drugs,and the patients in the study group were treated with alternating blue and blue light on the basis of conventional treatment,and the treatment effect was compared after the course of treatment.Results The total effective rate of treatment was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of red and blue light alternation for the treatment of facial acne is remarkable,and the practice can be promoted without severe adverse reaction.
