自拟金地榆草粉剂外敷预防雀斑行激光术后色素沉着的临床观察

Clinical observation on the prevention of freckles after laser surgery with external application of self made powder of elm grass

目的观察自拟金地榆草粉剂外敷对雀斑行激光术后色素沉着的预防。方法 60例雀斑患者均为2014年至2015年门诊求美者且应用调Q激光术后。随机分为两组,对照组和观察组各30人。观察两组对雀斑行激光术后色素沉着的发生情况。结果两组患者间的临床比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自拟金地榆草粉剂外敷预防雀斑行激光术后色素沉着效果确切。

Objective To observe the prevention of pigmentation after laser surgery for freckles after applying external application of the powder.Methods60patients with freckles were treated from2014to2015,and they were treated with Q laser.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the observation group,30each.The pigmentation of freckles in two groups after laser surgery was observed.Results The clinical difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion It is effective to prevent freckles after laser surgery by applying the external application of the powder.
