耳缘静脉放血联合维A酸乳膏治疗面部扁平疣临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of facial vein bloodletting combined with vitamin A cream in the treatment of facial verruca plana

目的观察耳缘静脉放血联合维A酸乳膏治疗面部扁平疣的临床疗效。方法本次观察我科面部扁平疣患者54例,随机分成对照组25例和治疗组29例,对照组外涂维A酸乳膏,治疗组予外涂维A酸乳膏联合耳缘静脉放血的治疗方法,对两组患者的临床疗效结果进行观察。结果治疗组有效率为89%,明显优于对照组有效率68%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间治疗组患者不良反应率为13.8%,与对照组16.0%,组间数据差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);疗程结束以后对患者进行2-3个月的随访期间,发现治疗组患者中复发率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳缘静脉放血联和维A酸乳膏外用治疗面部扁平疣优于仅予维A酸乳膏外用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of facial vein bloodletting combined with vitamin A cream in the treatment of facial verruca plana.Methods The observation of54cases of facial flat wart patients,25cases were randomly divided into control group and treatment group of29cases,the control group was given treatment with vitamin A acid cream,treatment group was treated with vitamin A acid cream combined with ear vein blood,the clinical curative effect of two groups the results were observed.Results Significantly the effective rate of treatment group was89%,better than the control group the effective rate was68%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);during the clinical treatment of patients in the treatment group the adverse reaction rate was13.8%,and16.0%in the control group,there was no significant difference between groups of data(P>0.05);after the end of therapy for patients during the follow-up of2to3months,found that the treatment of disease recurrence rate was distinctly lower than the control group patients,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of facial verruca plana with auricular vein bloodletting combined with vitamin A cream is superior to vitamin A cream for external use only.
