锋勾针排脓放血对结节型痤疮皮损修复的疗效观察

Observation on Curative Effect of Papillary Pusher Dropping on Repair of Nodular Acne Lesions

目的分析锋勾针排脓放血对结节型痤疮皮损修复。方法择本院2015年6月-2017年6月收治的63例结节型痤疮皮损患者临床资料,分对照组(31例),研究组(32例),对照组外用夫西地酸乳膏治疗,研究组行锋勾针的排脓放血治疗,比较两组痤疮皮损的修复程度。结果研究组在1周的治疗后皮损面积为(4.36±10.23)mm2比对照组(15.41±12.13)mm2小(P<0.05);研究组在疗效中达96.88%(31/32)比对照组77.42%(24/31)高(P<0.05);研究组在复发情况中,其复发率是6.25%(2/32)比对照组22.58%(7/31)低,差异比较具统计意义(P<0.05)。结论锋勾针的放血治疗能够缩小痤疮皮损面积,提升疗效,减少复发,具一定临床应用与研究价值。

Objective To analyze the repair of nodular acne skin lesion by cutting the eye drops and removing blood.Methods The clinical data of63patients with nodular acne lesions treated in our hospital from June2015to June2017were divided into three groups:control group(n=31),study group(n=32)and control group Cream treatment,the study group line of the front of the needle thrombosis treatment,compare the two groups of acne lesions repair degree.Results The lesion area of the study group was(4.36±10.23)mm2after1week treatment(15.41±12.13)mm2(P<0.05),and the study group achieved96.88%(31/32)(P<0.05).In the relapse rate,the recurrence rate was6.25%(2/32)in the study group compared with22.58%(7/31)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The bleeding treatment of the eyegun can reduce the area of acne lesions,improve the curative effect,reduce the recurrence,with a certain clinical application and research value.
