摘要
本文描述了PBT松套管在500m/min及以上高速生产过程中,产生的断纤现象,对产生断纤的机理进行了阐述,及对工艺控制方面进行探讨。通过生产经验提出了相关的解决措施。
This paper mainly introduces the phenomenon of high-speed broken fiber of PBT loose tubes at500m/min and much more highspeed in production process.The forming mechanism of broken fiber is also described and the process control is discussed.The relevant measures are put forward to solve the problem according to production experience.
