采用统计方法分析燃煤锅炉q_4、炉渣和飞灰含碳量与各运行参数之间的关系 被引量:2

摘要 炉渣和飞灰含碳量是构成燃煤工业锅炉主要热损失q_4的主要部分。燃料特性、燃烧方式、锅炉负荷、炉膛温度等参数与q_4、炉渣和飞灰含碳量具有密切的关系。本文采用数理统计的方法对q_4、炉渣含碳量和飞灰含碳量与各运行参数进行了相关性分析,并以相关性变量为基础,采用多元拟合的方法得到了无燃料特性参数条件下的三个拟合公式,且判定了公式在工程上的有效性。 The carbon content of slag and fly ash are the main components ofq4loss that was one of the main thermal losses of coal-fired industrial boilers.Fuel characteristics,combustion model,boiler load,furnace temperature are closely related toq4,slag and fly ash.In this paper,the correlation analysis ofq4,the carbon content of slag and fly ash with the operating parameters were analyzed.Based on the correlation variable,the fitting formulas under the condition of the non-fuel characteristic parameters were obtained by using the multidimensional fitting method and the validity of the formula was verified in engineering was determined.
