摘要
炉渣和飞灰含碳量是构成燃煤工业锅炉主要热损失q_4的主要部分。燃料特性、燃烧方式、锅炉负荷、炉膛温度等参数与q_4、炉渣和飞灰含碳量具有密切的关系。本文采用数理统计的方法对q_4、炉渣含碳量和飞灰含碳量与各运行参数进行了相关性分析,并以相关性变量为基础,采用多元拟合的方法得到了无燃料特性参数条件下的三个拟合公式,且判定了公式在工程上的有效性。
The carbon content of slag and fly ash are the main components ofq4loss that was one of the main thermal losses of coal-fired industrial boilers.Fuel characteristics,combustion model,boiler load,furnace temperature are closely related toq4,slag and fly ash.In this paper,the correlation analysis ofq4,the carbon content of slag and fly ash with the operating parameters were analyzed.Based on the correlation variable,the fitting formulas under the condition of the non-fuel characteristic parameters were obtained by using the multidimensional fitting method and the validity of the formula was verified in engineering was determined.
