摘要
为探究电力需求响应的技术现状及研究思路,在梳理国内外实施需求响应的理论与实践的基础上,系统介绍电力需求响应的类型及机制,分析了包括通信技术及标准、高级量测体系、需求响应辅助决策技术等关键支撑技术。在分析电力需求响应对电力系统影响的基础上,阐述电力需求响应成本效益分析方法,指出需求响应评价中存在的不足,提出电力用户需求响应性能评价方法的研究思路。针对当前电力市场化改革背景下推动电力需求响应实用化,提出适合我国国情的需求响应实施机制、基于能源互联网技术的综合能源规划、需求响应支撑平台设计与建设等研究思路,为需求响应研究及实践提供有益的借鉴。
Demand response is an important way to ease the contradiction between supply and demand,reduce the peak load,and promote energy saving and emission reduction.Demand responseis an important measure to ensure the system safe,reliable and economic operation.The types of demand response and its mechanism was introduced in this paper.Demand response support technology was described including communication technology,standards,and advanced metering system.The auxiliary decision-making technologywas discussed in detailsuch as demand response strategy development,demand response support system.The architecture and functionality of demand response was designed.Demand response effect and evaluation method was analyzed in this paper.Demand response study routes ware proposed including DR project planning,the design of new demand-response mechanisms,developing and promotingload shaping technologies,distributed generator and load combined dispatching,Integrated Resource Planning,et al.
