摘要 为获得最佳的澳洲茶树组培继代增殖培养方式,采用L9(34)正交设计,研究BA、NAA、剪切方式3因素3水平对澳洲茶树组培继代增殖倍数及有效芽数的影响。结果表明,单芽长度1.0cm以上剪碎+BA 1.0mg/L+NAA 0.1mg/L的组合可获得较多的有效芽,适宜一边进行继代增殖培养,一边生产生根苗,继代转接的周期为20d;单芽长度1.0cm以上剪碎+BA 1.5mg/L+NAA 0.1mg/L的组合可用于单纯的继代芽扩繁,转接周期同样为20d,增殖倍数为4.56。 In order to obtain the best way for in vitro shoot subculture multiplication of Melaleuca alternifolia,orthogonal design was adopted to study the effects of BA,NAA and shearing mode on the proliferation multiples and effective buds of M.alternifolia shoots.The results showed that the combination of1.0cm above cut broken with BA1.0mg/L and NAA0.1mg/L could get more effective buds,which suitable for subculture multiplication and production of rooting seedlings at the same time.The period of the transfer was20days.The combination of1.0cm above cut broken with BA1.5mg/L and NAA0.1mg/L could obtain high proliferation multiples,which suitable for mere proliferation of M.alternifolia shoots,the proliferation multiple was4.56,the transfering period was also20days.
