摘要
以一年生、地径大于4mm的滇橄榄留床实生苗为砧木,以8个滇橄榄优良无性系木质化枝条为接穗,开展滇橄榄嫁接试验,对不同无性系嫁接成活率、生长量的差异性及其与砧木地径相关性进行研究。结果表明,滇橄榄不同无性系间嫁接成活率及苗木生长量差异达显著水平;砧木地径对无性系嫁接成活率影响较小,但对苗木后期生长影响较大;砧木地径保持在4mm以上的,其平均嫁接成活率均在74%以上,其中,砧木地径为9-16.2mm的嫁接成活率最高,达80%以上;2-6月是滇橄榄无性系苗高生长主要时期,净生长量占2-10月苗高总生长量的54%-68%。6-10月是滇橄榄无性系苗木地径生长主要时期,净生长量占2-10月地径总生长量的61%-69%。
Taking1-year-old stock seedlings with more than4m m diameter as rootstock,8woody shoots as scion,the grafting and propagation tests of Phyllanthus emblica were carried out to find out grafting survival rate and growth rate of different clones,and their correlation with ground diameter of rootstock.The results showed that the grafting survival rate and the seedling growth of Phyllanthus emblica were notably different.The ground diameter had little effect on the survival rate of the grafted clones,but had a great effect on the later growth of seedlings;the average grafting survival rate was above74%with diameter of the stock above4mm,especially for rootstock with diameter between9-16.2mm the grafting survival rate would reach the highest and up to80%.Feb.to June were the main period of seedling height growth,and the net growth rate was54%-68%of total growth in Feb.to Oct..June to Oct.were the main root diameter growth period,and the net growth accounted for61%-69%of total ground diameter growth in Feb.to Oct..
