土木工程应用型人才培养方案的若干关键问题探讨——基于本科高职“2+2”协同培养的视角 被引量:4

摘要 应用型本科和地方本科院校转型是近年高等教育改革的热点,其中地方本科院校与高职院校协同培养应用型本科人才无疑一种科学、有效的形式。人才培养方案是该培养模式中核心环节,直接关系到改革是否成功及人才培养质量,以土木工程为例,对人才培养方案中的培养目标、培养规格、学制学分及课程体系等关键问题进行了分析探讨,建立土木工程应用型人才培养体系,可以最大限度发挥地方本科院校与高职院校在人才培养方面的优势。 Applied undergraduate and the transformation of Local Universities is a hotspot of the reform of higher education in recent years.It is undoubtedly a scientific and effective form for local undergraduate colleges and higher vocational colleges to cultivate applied undergraduate talents.Talent training program is the key link in the training mode,which is directly related to the success of the reform and the quality of personnel training.Taking civil engineering as an example,this paper carries out the key issues of training objectives,training specifications,academic credits and course system.Analysis of the establishment of civil engineering application talents training system,can maximize the local undergraduate colleges and higher vocational colleges in personnel training.
