摘要
目的检测血清中三种脂肪因子Apelin、Vaspin、Leptin的表达,了解Apelin、Vaspin、Leptin脂肪因子与I型子宫内膜癌的关系.方法记录被研究者的年龄、身高、体重,测量其血压,并记录完整的病例资料,并计算体重指数;运用酶联免疫法(Elisa)测定被研究者血清中Apelin、Vaspin、Leptin蛋白表达.结果当18.5≤BMI<25时及BMI≥25时,与对照组比较,子宫内膜癌组中血清Apelin、Vaspin、Leptin差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在子宫内膜癌患者中,与18.5≤BMI<25相比,BMI≥25时,其血清三种脂肪因子(Apelin、Vaspin及Leptin)差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);EC的发生与BMI、糖尿病、高脂血症、E2、HOMA-IR、血清Apelin、Vaspin、Leptin有关.结论 I型子宫内膜癌患者的血清表达三种脂肪因子,并显著高于正常组;EC的发生与BMI、糖尿病、高脂血症、E2、HOMA-IR、血清Apelin、Vaspin、Leptin有关.
Objective To detect the expression of Apelin,Vaspin and Leptin in serum,and to understandthe relationship between the expression of Vaspin and Apelin,and the relationship between Leptin and I type ofendometrial carcinoma.Methods We recorded the age,height,weight of patients,measured the bloodpressure,and recorded the complete case data,and calculated the body mass index,then determined the serumApelin and vaspin,leptin protein expression by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results When18.5≤BMI<25or BMI≥25,compared with the control group,the serum Apelin,vaspin,leptin of patients inthe endometrial carcinoma group had statistically significant difference.In endometrial carcinoma group,the serumlevels of three kinds of adipokines(Apelin and vaspin and leptin)had statistically significant difference betweenpatients with18.5≤BMI<25and BMI≥25.EC occurrence was correlated with BMI,diabetes,and highcholesterol hyperlipidemia,E2,HOMA-IR,serum Apelin,vaspin,leptin.Conclusions The patients withtype I endometrial cancer express three kinds of fat factor,and the expression levels are significantly higher than thenormal group.The occurrence of EC is related with BMI,diabetes,hyperlipidemia,E2,HOMA-IR,serumApelin,Vaspin,Leptin.
