医院暴力对在校护理本科学生择业影响的研究

A Study on the Influence of Hospital Violence on Students' Career Choice

目的调查在校护理专业学生对医院暴力事件的认知,了解医院暴力事件对在校护理本科学生择业的影响,促进护理专业学生认识医院暴力并能尽可能的避免风险。方法确定访谈提纲并制定、对访谈者进行统一的培训、访谈者与研究对象进行直接访谈,对资料进行分析整理。结果在校护生通过新闻媒体、听闻等各种方式了解医院暴力事件,并产生了不同程度的恐惧心理,影响择业方向。结论护理专业学生对择业的思考受到医疗暴力不同程度的影响,医学院校的教育者应及时正确的引导护生面对医院暴力。

Objective To investigate the awareness and feelings of school nursing students'violence in hospital,to understand the impact of hospitalviolence on school workers'career,and to guide the nursing students to understand the risk of hospital violence.Methods The interview outlineand the development of the interviewer to conduct a unified training,interviews and interviews with the object of direct interviews,the data analysisand finishing.Results In the school students through the news media,heard and other means to understand the hospital violence,and produced a differentdegree of fear,affecting the career direction.Conclusion Hospital violence affects school students in the career,nursing education should betimely and guide the face of nursing students face hospital violence.
