急性心肌梗死患者血浆脑钠肽水平与心肌梗死面积及预后的关系 被引量:5

摘要 目的探析急性心肌梗死患者(BNP)血浆脑钠肽水平和心肌梗死面积及预后的关系。方法选取本院2014年1月~2016年12月接收的98例急性心肌梗死患者资料,按不同的心肌梗死部位分成2组,49例下壁心梗患者设对照组,49例前壁心梗患者设研究组,观察两组心梗面积与BNP水平、心血管事件与BNP水平的相关性、不同Killip分级患者的BNP水平。结果研究组心梗面积(19.58±6.92)%大于对照组,且BNP2与BNP1水平(163.69±54.78)ng/L、(312.59±65.42)ng/L高于对照组;病亡患者的BNP2与BNP1水平(521.37±246.25)ng/L、(593.70±286.82)ng/L较存活的患者高,差异比较具统计学上的意义,且发生心力衰竭患者的BNP2与BNP1水平(401.36±198.83)ng/L、(532.72±256.88)ng/L较未发生的患者高;不同Killip分级患者的BNP水平对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 BNP是预测心肌梗死后发生心血管事件的重要因子,在疾病预后及心梗面积中具较高的预测价值。 Objective To analysis in patients with acute myocardial infarction(mi)plasma brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)levels and the myocardialinfarction area and the relationship between the prognosis.Methods Selection in our hospital in January2014-December2016to receive thedata of98cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction(mi)in different myocardial infarction area is divided into two groups,49patients withinferior wall myocardial infarction were set in the control group and49patients with anterior wall myocardial infarction group,observe two groups ofmyocardial infarction area and BNP level,cardiovascular events and BNP level of relevance,Killip classification in patients with different levels ofBNP.Results The team myocardial infarction area is greater than the control group(19.58±6.92)%,and BNP2and BNP1level(163.69±54.78)ng/L,(312.59±65.42)ng/L is higher than the control group;Died BNP2and BNP1levels in patients with ng/L(521.37±246.25),(593.70±286.82)ng/L thesurvival of patients is high,the difference compared with statistical significance,and heart failure in patients with BNP1BNP2level(401.36±198.83)ng/L and(532.72±256.88)ng/L is not high;Contrasting with Killip classification BNP levels in patients with bigger difference(P<0.05).Conclu?sion BNP is a crucial factor predicting cardiovascular events after myocardial infarction,in disease prognosis and the area of myocardial infarctionhas higher predictive value.
