机械振动排痰辅助治疗小儿肺炎的效果观察

Effect of mechanical vibration and expectoration on children with pneumonia

目的研究机械振动排痰辅助治疗小儿肺炎的效果。方法选择2015年3月~2017年2月小儿肺炎患儿92例分两组,常规组常规进行治疗;机械排痰组在常规组基础上给予机械振动排痰辅助治疗。就两组患儿24小时平均排痰量、临床各项症状消失时间和肺炎治疗总有效率、治疗前后PEF、FVC、FEV1/FVC、FEV1进行比较。结果机械排痰组肺炎治疗总有效率明显高于常规组(P<0.05)。两组患儿在治疗前PEF、FVC、FEV1/FVC、FEV1相似。机械排痰组患儿治疗后PEF、FVC、FEV1/FVC、FEV1显著优于常规组(P<0.05)。机械排痰组患儿24小时平均排痰量、临床各项症状消失时间均明显优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论机械振动排痰辅助治疗小儿肺炎的效果确切,可有效增加24小时排痰量,改善患儿肺功能,促进临床症状消退,效果确切,值得推广。

Objective To study the mechanical vibration expectoration effect of adjuvant treatment of infantile pneumonia.Methods FromMarch2015to February201792cases of pediatric pneumonia were divided into two groups,the conventional group routine treatment;mechanicalsputum group in the conventional group on the basis of mechanical vibration sputum treatment.The two groups of children24hours average sputumvolume,clinical symptoms disappeared time and the total efficiency of treatment of pneumonia before and after treatment,PEF,FVC,FEV1/FVC,FEV1were compared.Results The mechanical sputum group pneumonia total efficiency of treatment was significantly higher than the conventionalgroup(P<0.05).In the two groups before treatment PEF,FVC,FEV1/FVC,similar to FEV1.Mechanical sputum groups after treatment PEF,FVC,FEV1/FVC,FEV1were significantly better than the conventional group(P<0.05).mechanical sputum group with24hours average sputum volume,clinical symptoms disappear time were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mechanical vibration sputum the effect ofadjuvant therapy in children with pneumonia,24hours can effectively increase the sputum volume,improve lung function in patients,promote clinicalsymptoms subsided,the exact effect,it is worthy of promotion.
