摘要
心率变异-生物反馈(HRVB)在心身疾病和一些器质性疾病的治疗中起着很重要的作用,它补充了传统治疗方法的不足,对这些疾病的发生、转归有指导作用.就HRVB的发生机制及主要在抑郁、焦虑中的应用综述如下.
Heart rate variability biofeedback(HRVB)plays a very important role in the treatment ofpsychosomatic disease and some organic diseases,which supplement the deficiency of the traditional treatmentmethod,guide to the occurrence and outcome of these diseases.In this paper,the mechanism of HRVB and mainapplication in the depression and anxiety disorders are summarized as follows.
