中药臭灵丹有效成分的超临界CO2萃取工艺 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究超临界CO_2萃取臭灵丹有效成分的工艺.方法以臭灵丹二醇含量为指标,在单因素试验的基础上,采用正交试验考察超临界CO_2萃取时间、压力、温度对臭灵丹二醇萃取的影响.结果最佳萃取工艺条件为萃取压力25 MPa、时间3 h、温度为50℃.结论在最佳萃取条件下,臭灵丹超临界萃取物得率为4%,臭灵丹二醇含量达12%.表明优选的臭灵丹二醇萃取方法稳定,重复性好. Objective To optimize the supercritical CO2extraction technology of Laggera pterodonta.Methods With the extraction content of pterodondiol as quantitative indicator,the best extraction method wasidentified by single factor experiments.And the effects of extraction pressure,extraction time and extractiontemperature on extraction rate of pterodondiol were investigated by orthogonal tests.Results The optimum extractiontechnology was as follows:extraction pressure25MPa,extraction time3h,and extraction temperature50℃.Conclusions Under these conditions,the average extraction rate was up to4%and the average extraction contentof pterodondiol was up to12%.The optimal extraction process for pterodondiol from Laggera pterodonta isreproducible and stable.
