摘要
目的观察H型高血压患者血浆中vW F、Fib、ATⅢ、DD、FDP的变化,并与原发性高血压组和对照组进行比较,以判断vW F在预测H型高血压患者血栓前状态的价值.方法选取2015年1月至2016年10月,昆明医科大学第二附属医院门诊和住院患者H型高血压112例,原发性高血压70例,健康体检者50例,分别检测患者血浆中vW F、Fib、ATⅢ、DD、FDP的含量.结果H型高血压组DD、vW F、Fib、FDP检验结果较原发性高血压组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);ATⅢ较原发性高血压组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).H型高血压组DD、vW F、Fib、FDP检验结果较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);ATⅢ较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).原发性高血压组DD、vW F、Fib、FDP检验结果较对照组高,差异有显著性(P<0.01);ATⅢ较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论vW F是预测H型高血压患者血栓前状态较敏感的指标之一.
Objective To observe the changes of vWF,Fib,ATⅢ,DD and FDP in the patients with typeH hypertension and analyze its clinical significance in predicting the prethrombotic state of patients with type Hhypertension.Methods Between January2015and October2016,we selected112patients with H hypertension asthe observation group,70cases of normal Hcy in patients with essential hypertension as a control group,50cases ofnormal persons as control group.Then we detected the plasma levels of von Willebrand factor(vWF),D-Dimer,Fibrinogen degradation products(FDP),AntithrombinⅢ(ATⅢ)and fibrinogen(FIB)of patients in3groups.Results In H hypertension group,the plasma levels of vWF,Fib,FDP was significantly higher thanthose in the essential hypertension group(P<0.05);the plasma levels of ATⅢwere significantly lower than thosein essential hypertension group(P<0.05).In H hypertension group,the plasma levels of vWF,Fib,FDP wassignificantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01);the plasma levels of ATⅢwere lower than those incontrol group(P<0.01).In primary hypertension group,the plasma levels of vWF,Fib,FDP was significantlyhigher than those in control group(P<0.01);the plasma levels of ATⅢwere lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion vWF is a sensitive indicator to predicte the prethrombotic state of patients with type Hhypertension.
