超声造影对诊断早发性乳腺癌的诊断价值

Application of Contrast-enhanced Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Early-onset Breast Cancer

目的探讨总结早发性乳腺癌(EOBC)的超声造影声像图特点,评价分析超声造影诊断EOBC的应用价值.方法将昆明医科大学第三附属医院2014年1月至2015年12月经病理证实的30例乳腺癌患者按年龄分为2组,每组15例.A组患者年龄≤35岁,设为观察组;B组患者年龄>35岁,设为对照组,2组患者术前均行常规超声及超声造影检查并对声像图特征进行比对分析.结果 A组患者在病灶横径、纵横比、内部回声不均、造影增强有无充盈缺损,增强和消退的时间特征等方面与B组有明显差异,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论超声造影诊断早发性乳腺癌具有特征性的影像表现,对于早发性乳腺癌具有重要的诊断价值,具有一定的临床应用前景.

Objective To explore the imaging characteristics of ultrasonography for early-onset breast cancer(EOBC),and evaluate the application value of ultrasonography in diagnosis of EOBC.Methods From January2014to December2015,30cases of breast cancer patients pathologically confirmed were divided into two groupsaccording to age,15cases in each group.A group of patients aged35years old or less,were as observation group;Group B patients aged>35years old,were set to the control group.Two groups of patients were given withpreoperative conventional ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound examination and the ultrasonographiccharacteristics were compared.Results Patients in group A had obvious differences with group B in the focaluneven width,aspect ratio,internal echo,contrast enhancement presence of filling defect,enhancement andfade time characteristics,there were statistically significant difference(P<0.05)ConclusionContrast-enhanced ultrasound in the diagnosis of early onset breast cancer has the characteristic performance in theimage,has important diagnostic value for early-onset breast cancer,and has a certain clinical application prospect.
