摘要
目的探讨武汉地区冠心病患者药物代谢酶CYP2C19基因多态性的分布.方法采用基因芯片法对123例服用氯吡格雷的无血缘关系的冠心病患者进行CYP2C19基因分型,分析其基因型及代谢表型的分布,并与文献报道中中国汉族人群进行比较.结果共统计发现5种基因型,3种代谢表型;检测出快代谢型(EM)患者38例,所占比例为30.9%,检测出中间代谢型(IM)患者69例,所占比例为56.1%,检测出慢代谢型(PM)患者16例,所占比例为13.0%.武汉地区冠心病患者中,CYP2C19基因代谢表型分布与文献报道无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论武汉地区冠心病患者中,CYP2C19基因存在多态性,基因频率及代谢型分布频率与国内其他地区相一致.
Objectivet To explore the distribution of drug metabolic enzymes CYP2C19genetic polymorphism in CAD(coronary heart disease)patients of Wuhan area.Methods We genotyped123patients taking clopidogrel,unrelated with coronary heart disease by gene chip method,analyzed the distribution of genotype and metabotropic phenotype,and compared with the literature carried out in Chinese Han race.Results In this study,a total of five different CYP2C19genotypes and three metabotropic phenotypes were detected.The frequency of the homozygous extensive metabolizer phenotype was30.9%(38/123),the heterozygous extensive metabolizer phenotype was56.1%(69/123)and the poor metabolizers was13.0%(16/123).Among patients with cardiovascular diseases located in Wuhan,there is no significant statistical difference between these CYP2C19genotypes and reports in other studies.Conclusion The CYP2C9exists genetic polymorphism in patients with cardiovascular diseases located in Wuhan,and the distributions of allele frequency and metabolic phenotype frequency are consistent with other area in China.
