摘要
基于四川、湖北、江西等地的田野调查发现:新生代农民工在社会转型的大背景下走向个体化,父辈式"标准化"的人生轨迹不复存在,呈现出方向迷失的职业目标困惑、工种分化的职业选择困惑、频繁跳槽的职业忠诚困惑。其职业困惑的深层原因在于"为自己而活"的价值理念盛行,脱嵌于传统家庭引发强烈的个人诉求,个体化进程中的安全感与稳定感缺乏。化解新生代农民工的职业困惑,既需要在微观层面进行个体调适,也需要宏观层面的社会支持。
Based on the field investigation in some provinces like Sichuan,Hubei,Jiangxi,we found that new generation migrant workers are moving towards individualization in the context of social transformation,the standardized life track of the elder generations passed out of existence.New generation migrant workers showed a series of professional confusions such as the lost of career goals,career choice caused by occupation division,and the professional loyalty caused by job-hopping.The deep cause of career confusion lies in the prevalence of the value concept of"living for themselves",which is caused by the strong personal demands of the traditional family,and the lack of sense of security and stability in the process of individualization.To solve the problems,it is necessary to adjust individual at the micro level and obtain the social support at the macro level.
