昆明本地人群心脏房室径线及心室收缩功能正常值的磁共振正常参考值

Magnetic Resonance Imaging Study of Cardiac Atrioventricular Line and Ventricular Systolic Function in Population of Kunming

目的归纳昆明本地健康人群心脏房室径线及心功能参数的磁共振正常参考值.方法运用1.5T磁共振扫描仪,常规连接心电向量门控,采用快速稳态平衡进动序列对97名昆明本地健康志愿者进行心脏电影扫描,获取标准心脏切面图像,包括左心室水平长轴位(HLA)、左心室垂直长轴位(VLA)、左心室短轴位(SA)及左、右心房横轴位心脏电影图像,然后运用AW Report CARD 4.4心脏专用分析软件对所得图像进行线性测量及容积测量,将结果进行统计学处理,获得心脏各房室腔径线以及心室收缩功能等主要参数均值,男性和女性相对应参数进行非配对t检验,同时研究与超声心动图(UCG)检查的相关性.结果所有志愿者均获得了高质量的心脏断层图像,测量取样点清晰可辨,获得了心脏各房室径线及心室收缩功能的多组参数,所有数值与UCG的测量值均呈正相关;所有数值除左、右心室射血分数、心脏指数值男女性别间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其余所有指标性别间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).同时显示本地健康人群左心室前间隔的厚度、舒张期左心室后侧壁厚度、左心室射血分数、右心室射血分数等几项参数值均较平原地区略有增高(P<0.05).结论心脏磁共振扫描可以获得可靠的昆明本地健康人群心脏房室径线及心室收缩功能参数.

Objective To summarize the normal reference values of atrioventricular diameter and cardiac function parameters in Kunming local healthy population by magnetic resonance imaging(MRI).Methods The1.5T magnetic resonance scanner was used routinely to link the vector gating and according to a rapid steady-state balance precession sequence was applied to perform a cardiac cine scan in97Kunming local healthy volunteers.The acquisition of cardiac cine images included the left ventricular horizontal long axis(HLA),the left ventricular vertical long axis(VLA),the left ventricular short axis(SA),the left and right atrial axial.Following the scan,AW Report CARD4.4heart specific analysis software was used to measure the linear length of image and measure the volume of the image.The measured values were statistically processed to obtain the mean parameters of the heart,atrioventricular and cardiac functions.Non-Paired T tests were performed for male and female corresponding parameters.Meanwhile the relationship between these corresponding parameters and UCG was researched.Results All volunteers received high-quality heart tomographic images and the sampling points were legible.Multiple parameters of cardiac atrioventricular line and cardiac function were obtained,according to heart tomographic images.All of the above cardiac atrioventricular values were positively correlated with UCG measurements.No significant association was found in left and right ventricular ejection fraction(P>0.05),cardiac index(P>0.05)and sex(P>0.05).However,all the other indexes were statistically significant(P<0.05).The results also showed that the thickness of the left ventricular anterior chamber,the left ventricular posterior wall thickness,the left ventricular ejection fraction,and the right ventricular ejection fraction were slightly higher than those in the plain region(P<0.05).Conclusion Heart magnetic resonance scanning can obtain reliable atrioventricular line and ventricular systolic function in Kunming local healthy population.
