摘要
采用实验加仿真的方法研究无阻尼杆式栅格翼展开冲击影响因素。通过无阻尼杆式栅格翼地面展开冲击试验,基于ABAQUS建立栅格翼展开冲击模型,与实验结果对比验证了模型的正确性,然后基于该模型分别从展开到位角速度、箭体轴向过载、铰链阻力和气动力四个方面,研究栅格翼展开冲击的影响因素,结果显示展开到位角速度和铰链阻尼对冲击影响较大,为工程设计提供参考。
In this paper,experimental and simulation methods are used to study the influence factors of unfolding shock of non-damping rod grid fins.Based on the ground test of the non-damping rod grid fins,the unfolding shock model of the grid fins is established in ABAQUS.The correctness of the model is verified by comparing with the experimental results.Then,based on the model,the factors influencing the unfolding of the grid fins are studied respectively from four aspects:the angular velocity,the axial load of the rocket body,the hinge damping and the aerodynamic force.The results show the angular velocity and hinge damping have the greatest influence on the shock.
