“美丽中国”建设在长三角地区的实践研究——基于耦合协调度模型

“Beautiful China” Construction in Yangtze River Delta from the Perspective of Coupling Coordination Degree Model

构建包括经济、社会文化和生态环境3个子系统的"美丽中国"评价体系,并借助耦合协调度模型对2015年长三角地区30市的"美丽中国"建设水平进行评价,得出以下结论:从耦合度来看,均处于拮抗阶段;从耦合协调度来看,上海、南京、杭州处于"美丽中国"建设的较高水平,苏州、合肥等7市处于中等水平,而绍兴、舟山、扬州等19市处于低水平。不同的"美丽中国"建设水平应采取不一样的发展战略。

This paper aims to construct the“beautiful China”evaluation system including three sub-systems of economy,social culture and ecological environment and evaluates the“beautiful China”construction of30cities in Yangtze River Delta by means of the coupled coordination model,and draws the following conclusions:The levels of coupling are in the antagonistic stage.From the coordination point of view,Shanghai,Hangzhou and Nanjing are in a higher level of the“beautiful China”construction,Suzhou,Wuxi and other14cities in a middle level,and Huzhou,Jinhua and other13cities in a low level.Different"beautiful China"construction level should take a different development strategy.
