当前非法集资案件新特点及侦查对策研究

A Study on the New Characteristics of Illegal Fund Raising Cases and the Investigation Countermeasures

非法集资案件进入了一个新的发展阶段,与互联网金融相结合,呈现出传统集资犯罪所不具备的新特点,加大了经侦部门侦查办案的难度,影响了打击的效果。本文在介绍目前非法集资案件新特点的基础上,重点分析当下非法集资案件侦查的难点,并提出应对措施,为公安机关在实战工作中提高打击非法集资犯罪的效能,妥善处理相关的善后问题提供参考。

Combined with the internet finance,illegal fund-raising cases enter a new phase of development,showing the new features that the traditional fund-raising crime doesn't have,which increase the difficulty of investigation for economic crime investigation departments,affecting the effect of strike force.On the basis of introducing the new characteristics of the current illegal fund-raising cases,this paper focuses on the analysis of the difficulties in the investigation of illegal fund-raising cases and puts forward countermeasures,which improve the effectiveness of combating illegal fund-raising crimes in actual combat work and which could properly handle the related problems.
