公安机关对高校学生非正常死亡事件应对机制探析

Analysis on the Coping Mechanism of Public Security Organs towards the Abnormal Death Incidents of College and University Students

引发高校学生在校非正常死亡主要因素有:学生自身压力过大、交际困难、抑郁病症、情感纠结、身体疾病、意外伤亡事故等。因在校学生非正常死亡属于极端事故,极易导致家属与高校之间矛盾的激化,从而影响高校安全稳定。作为高校,在日常教学管理中要注重做好对学生的心理排查、预防工作;作为公安机关,要协助高校制定出科学合理的应急工作预案,当事故发生后要迅速出警、有效处置。

The main factors that lead to the abnormal deaths of college and university students are:severe mental stress,human communication disorder,depression,emotional entanglement,physical illness,accident casualties and so on.Due to the extreme incident attribute of abnormal death of college and university students,it's easy to lead to contradiction intensification between parents and colleges or universities,thus affecting the safety and stability of colleges and universities.Colleges and universities should pay attention to psychological investigation of students and prevention works in the daily teaching management;public security organs should help colleges and universities to develop a scientific and rational emergency work plan,so as to rapidly respond and effectively control after incident occurrence.
