摘要
荒煤气带出热量占焦炉输出热量的30%左右,温度高达850℃左右,其余热回收具有较高的效益。通过设计出一套上升管螺旋盘管换热系统并进行试验研究,根据试验数据和结果表明完整炼焦周期内,每产1 t焦炭可回收2.5 MPa的蒸汽90 kg,过程不可逆火用损仅为28.76%,且无漏水、无结焦问题。
The heat of coke oven gas(COG)accounted for30%of the output heat of coke oven,its temperature stood at around850益,and its waste heat recovery was of high efficiency.By designing a set of heat exchanger system with spiral coil of the ascendingpipe and conducting experimental research,the test data and results showed that,in the complete coking cycle,the systemcould get2.5MPa water vapor which is90kg steam per ton of coke,the irreversible exergy loss was only28.76%with no leakageand coking.
