在煤矿企业中,选煤设备是工作时间最长、负荷最重及运转比较快的设备,在使用过程中容易磨损,因此减缓设备磨损和延长其使用寿命的有效措施就是做好对其的维护保养。叙述了选煤设备润滑管理的现状与缺陷,提出了提升润滑管理的改善措施。

Coal preparation equipment,with the longest working time and heaviest load,operates quite faster in coal mining enterprises.With the features of easy abrasion in process of use,it's important to deliver good performance in maintenance in order to reduce abrasion and extend the service life of the equipment.This paper described the status quo and defects in lubrication management of coal preparation equipment and put forward measures to improve lubrication management.
