智能电能表自动化检定流水线网络授时系统优化 被引量:5

摘要 智能电能表在自动化流水线上进行检定时,需要对智能电能表进行授时操作,以确保智能电能表内部时间的准确性。目前,自动化流水线在进行授时操作时,多采用计算机时间作为标准时间源。随着自动化流水线运行时间的增加,计算机时间易受到主板电池寿命等因素影响。如果连续长时间运行也可能会导致计算机时间出现较大偏差,降低智能电能表授时的准确度,严重影响检定质量。为解决上述问题,提出了一种互为备用的网络双授时系统。采用北斗一号系统和GPS系统作为互为备用的标准时间源,为自动化检定流水线提供标准时间源。该授时系统可有效解决智能电能表自动化检定过程中时间源不稳定的问题,确保自动化流水线对电能表进行授时操作时,有准确、可靠的时间源。该方法在提高智能电能表自动化检定质量的同时,减少了建设成本、提高了企业经济效益。 When the smart electric energy meter is verified on the automatic calibration line,it is necessary to perform the time synchronization operation for the smart meter to ensure the accuracy of the internal time of the smart meter.At present,for time synchronization,the automatic calibration line takes the computer time as the standard time source.With the running time of the automatic calibration line increasing,the computer time is easily affected by the main board,battery life and other factors.If continuously running for a long time,it may lead to greater deviation of computer time,reduce the accuracy of smart meter timing,and seriously affect the quality of verification.In order to solve the problems,an alternate network dual time service system is proposed.Beidou1#system and GPS system are used as the mutual backup standard time sources to provide standard time for automatic production line.This time synchronization system can effectively solve the problem of time source instability in the automatic verification of the smart meters,and to ensure that the automatic calibration line has an accurate and reliable time source for the timing operation of the smart energy meter.This method can improve the quality of automatic verification of smart meter,reduce the construction cost and improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.
