论漳州民间传说中朱子为官形象的文化内涵——以《朱熹错判铁环树》为例

The Research on Chu Hsi' Official Image of Cultural Connotation in the Zhangzhou's Folk Tales——Take Chu Hsi Make Misjudgment in the Case of the Ring Revolve Around Tree as Example

《朱熹错判铁环树》记载朱子在漳州知州任上判错案的故事,该故事借助冤假错案把朱子塑造成敢于承认错误,力求公正判案的良吏与学者形象,反映了漳州百姓对朱子以爱戴为主,也有部分士大夫持不同意见的现象。其根源在于朱子在漳州减免赋税、推行经界、改造文化与风俗、司法断案的成绩。朱子形象的变化给我们的现代启示是执政者需要以百姓之心为心制定政策,大力吸收优秀人才创造性发展管理理论,提高执政管理能力。

Chu Hsi Make Misjudgment in the Case o;f the Ring Revolve Around Tree relates the story that Chu Hsi makes a mischarge of Justice in his post of a prefecture in Zhangzhou.The story became a folktale after generations’retelling.It portrayed Chu Hsi as a good official and scholar who dare to admit his mistakes and strive for a fair judgment reflecting people's love to Chu Hsi.Chu Hsi worked hard to reduce taxes,implement the farmland boundary,reform the culture and customs and settle every lawsuit in Zhangzhou.Chu His's image tells us that the ruling party should put special needs of the people on top of their minds in the policy making,enroll talents and improve the capacity of state management for the people.
