积极老龄化视角下我国民族养老研究文献的系统回顾

A systems review of elderly care in China for ethnic minority groups under the perspective of active aging

为了解我国民族养老的研究现状,基于国内权威数据库,检索了1985-2017年间公开发表的中文文献;基于世界卫生组织"积极老龄化"理论,用文献计量学方法从保障、健康和参与3个维度进行系统梳理。结果表明,我国少数民族养老研究文献总量明显少于汉族,但数量在逐年增加。32年间共发表345篇学术及学位论文,研究范围正逐渐展开。我国少数民族养老针对积极老龄化3个维度的相关研究还相对少,其中保障是研究较多的领域,当中有关保险的研究居多;与健康相关的研究文献数量少,研究质量也还有较大提升空间,民族养老健康服务文献中有若干关于服务需求的研究,而服务供给研究尚未得到应有关注;参与是目前研究最少的维度。由此可见,在积极老龄化3个维度下,民族养老研究在拓广领域和加大深度方面的空间都十分巨大。

In order to better understand the research situation on elderly care in whole China for ethnic minority groups(EMG)It retrieved and sorted out Chinese literature published in the period of1985to2017based on domestic authoritative database Systematically reviewed it from three dimension as guarantee,health and participation by bibliometrics method which based on the theory of WHO“Active Aging”The results showed that the literature amounts of elderly care research literature for EMG was significantly less than Han nationality,but the number of studies was increasing with years Totally345EMG closely-related ageing papers were published during32years,research scope was expanded gradually The related research of aiming at“Active Aging”three dimensions for EMG was less Security was mostly investigated for EMG in China with a major research interesting on elderly insurance The number of research literature on health was less,while there was a large room for improvement of the quality of research There were a few studies on needs in health services for EMG elderly,but much less on supply side Participation was the least investigated for EMG ageing in China Thus it can be seen,under“Active Aging”three dimensions,the space of elderly care research for EMG in extension field and increasing deepening was huge.
