基于DEA模型的广东省中医药服务医疗效率研究

Medical efficiency study of traditional Chinese medicine service in Guangdong province based on DEA model

[目的]评价广东省内中医院的医疗服务效率,为政府相关部门及医院管理者提供优化资源配置的决策依据。[方法]以广东省128家中医医院为研究对象,采用数据包络分析方法 (DEA)进行医疗效率的总体评价。[结果]广东省128家中医院平均效率值为0.638,纯技术效率平均为0.755,规模效率平均为0.847。[结论]广东省内中医院发展不均衡,珠三角地区综合效率较好,粤东地区综合效率较低;广东省内有九成以上的中医院综合效率小于1,存在着投入过多或产出不足,现有医院规模需要通过扩大或缩小才可以达到效率最优化效果。
