现语境下公安微博的话语权探析

A Study on the Discourse Power in Policing Microblogs under Current Context

公安微博是公安机构以个体名义运用语言对受众进行交际的一种方式,由于所处的社会地位、支配话语权不同,公安微博与普通大众微博相比,有其特殊性,主要表现为传播主体身份的特殊性、传播语境的受制约性、对受众对象思想的操纵性。公安话语权的释放要顺应机构内部语境和外部语境的变化,要选择大众群体普遍适应的释放平台,通过建立公安微博,在充分认识到"自我微博"特殊性的同时,充分发挥其功能和影响力,选择恰当的时机、以适当的语言形式释放自我话语权,以规范受众人群的社会行为、提供正确的有价值的信息、引导民众建立和谐的社会关系,融合警民情感。

Policing microblog is a channel via which policing organizations can communicate with the public.Because of the different social status and discourse power,policing microblog is not the same as that of public's and the particularities are as follows:the special identities of bloggers,the restrictions on communicative context and the manipulation on target audience.To release its discourse power the policing microblog should adapt to the inner and outer context and choose the platform widely accepted by the public.By creating microblog the policing organizations should fully realize the particularity of policing microblog and exert it function and influence.Then grasp the opportunity to release the discourse power with proper language form.In this way the policing microblog can regulate the audience's behavior,offer valuableinformation,harmonize social relationship and strengthen the emotional response with the public.
