欧美工程教育对实施“卓越工程师培养计划”的启示

Enlightenment of European and American Engineering Education for the Implementation of the Excellent Engineer Training Program

欧美工程教育在培养模式、课程设置、实践教学、师资队伍建设、工程师注册制度及培养机构鉴定制度等各个方面都独具特色。我国的"卓越工程师培养计划",以创立高校与行业企业联合培养工程师为核心,与欧美模式有异曲同工之处。要切实有效地进行这一工程教育改革,在校企合作、课程体系改革、学科建设、实践教学和专业认证等方面还需进一步完善。

China's Excellent Engineer Training Program aiming to establish a system of joint cultivation of engineers by both universities and industrial companies serves the same function as European and American engineering education does due to the latter's uniqueness in cultivation mode,curriculum,practical teaching,teacher training,engineer registration system and training authority accreditation system,etc.To promote such a reform on engineering education effectively,further efforts should be made on school-company cooperation,curriculum reform,disciplinary construction,practical teaching and professional accreditation,etc.
