摘要
社会保障作为一种面向社会成员提供的社会安全制度,是一门应用性极强的学科。因此,在社会保障课程教学中,除了要重视理论教学,还要重视教学的实践性和应用性。然而,目前其课程教学中存在教学内容陈旧、教学设计程序化、重理论轻实践、学生成绩考核方法单一等问题。基于参与式教学理念,利用参与式教学法,引导学生积极参与到课程中,利用多样的考核方法,将教师的课程指导与学生的自主学习紧密结合,可以使学生在掌握社会保障基本理论的同时,分析能力和合作意识也能得到提升。
Attention shall be paid to both theoretical instruction and practical and applied teaching in the course of social security that is not only a welfare system for social members but an application-oriented discipline.However,it has to be pointed out that problems like outdated materials,rigid teaching design,theory instead of practice orientation and uniformed performance assessment,etc.are not rare in the teaching of the course.In the study,participation theory-based teaching,aided by diversified assessment that integrated teachers'instruction with learners'autonomous learning,was introduced to guide students to participated in classroom teaching,which improved students'analytical capability and sense of cooperation while grasping fundamental theories.
