摘要
传统的微生物测定方法往往是劳动密集型和耗时型的。与传统方法相比,微生物测试中的快速和新颖的方法会提供更灵敏、精确和可重复的结果。在微生物学中,最快速的测试方法属于生物技术领域,如PCR、ELISA、ATP生物发光等。文献显示,微生物学的快速检测方法一般应用在药物、化妆品和环境监测等领域。基于民众对食品和药品的安全性日益关注,微生物学的快速检测方法应该继续作为有效的技术用以开发未来将要进行的新型测试,考虑的主要问题是开发方法的扩大和监管要求的提高。
Compared with conventional labor-intensive and time-consuming methods,those new rapid methods of microorganism testing may provide a more sensitive,accurate and repeatable result.Of these methods,the most rapid,like PCR,ELISA and ATP bioluminescence,etc.are those based on biological technology.A literature review indicates that rapid microbiological testing is generally applied to drug,cosmetics and environmental monitoring,etc.Since the public has begun to pay more and more attention to the safety of food and drugs,these rapid testing methods shall be regarded as technical basis for future new tests with focus on the expansion of development methods and the improvement of monitoring requirement.
