A Study on the Role of Teachers in Distance Education Colleges

远程教育院校教师具有社会、组织、专业三个属性,不同实践模式下远程教育院校教师的角色定位不同。通过分析单一院校模式、双重院校模式、多重院校模式下远程教育院校的组织形式和教师的角色,为界定我国开放大学教师专业发展内涵提供参考,为转型中的开放大学教师专业发展提供基础。

The teachers of distance education colleges have three attributes of society,organization and specialty,and the role of teachers in distance education institutions is different under different practice modes.By analyzing the role of teachers in single institutions,dual institutions and multiple institutions,this paper provides a reference for defining the connotation and the basis of professional development of open university teachers in China.
