对高职思想政治理论课增强理想信念教育实效性的探索

Exploring the Effectiveness of Ideological and Political Education in Its Theory Course in Higher Vocational Education

加强理想信念教育是当前大学生思想政治教育工作的核心。而作为思想政治教育主渠道和主阵地的思想政治课堂教学,对坚定学生理想信念具有十分重要的作用。当前高职院校的思想政治理论课课堂教学面临着信息网络化的迅速发展,学生学习动力不足以及毕业生就业环境带来的挑战等问题,严重影响着课堂教学对学生进行理想信念教育的实效性。必须要结合学院特色,从教学模式、教学内容和学生成绩评价考核等方面进行思政教学改革,并努力创造条件解决课程改革中面临的各项问题,做"活"思政教学,助推大学生理想信念教育。

Strengthening the education of ideological and moral is the core of the current ideological and political education to college students.As the main channel of ideological and political education,the ideological and political classroom teaching plays an important role to strengthen students'ideological and moral cultivation.At present,the theory teaching of ideological and political in higher vocational colleges is faced with many challenges brought by the employment environment of graduates,the growing popularity of smart phones,and the higher development of he information network.And these problems significantly reduce the effectiveness of its classroom teaching for students'ideals and beliefs.We must combine the characteristics of the college and reform a new teaching model from the teaching model,teaching content,student achievement evaluation and other aspects of ideological and political education.Besides,striving to create conditions to solve the problems faced in curriculum reform is an useful way to create an great ideological and political education so that to boost ideal education of college students.
