Discussion on the Fixed Assets Management of University Laboratory from the Word "Li"

针对高校实验室固定资产管理过程中存在的管理意识相对淡漠、管理制度有待完善、管理部门与使用部门之间联系不够紧密、管理队伍力量相对薄弱、管理手段难以适应当前形势需要等现状进行了分析,提出了通过加强理解实验室固定资产的内涵和管理的重要意义、理清工作思路和方向,制定科学合理的管理制度、理顺工作关系,管理部门间形成良好的互动局面、理会固定资产管理人员,建立一支高水平有素质的稳定队伍、整理固定资产信息、建立网络信息化管理模式等对策,为进一步规范高校实验室固定资产管理、提升管理水平提供指导。

According to the existing problems of fixed assets of University laboratory in the process of management,such as:The management consciousness is relatively indifferent;The management system needs to be perfected;The links between management department and use departments are not enough close;The management team is relatively weak;And the management methods are difficult to adapt to the current situation.Through the analysis of the status quo,this paper puts forward the connotation and management significance by strengthening the understanding of laboratory fixed assets.We should clarify the ideas and direction of work,make scientific and reasonable management system,straighten out the work relationship,form good interactive situation among management departments,pay attention to the fixed assets management personnel,establish a high level and stable team of quality,sort out the fixed assets information,and establish the management mode of network information,in order to provide guidance for further standardizing the management of laboratory fixed assets and improving the management level.
