依法治国是中国共产党治国理政的基本方略,新形势下的党政干部,既是推进法治国家的组织者,又是实施依法治国战略的实施者。加强对广大党政干部的普法教育,提高党政干部的法治思维,树立国民崇尚宪法和法律的信仰,养成依法行政、依法办事的习惯,对于全面深化改革,全面建设小康社会战略目标的实现,全面从严治党,推进全面依法治国战略,都具有重大意义。

Ruling the country by law is the basic strategy of the Communist Party of China to govern the country.In the new situation,the party and government cadres are not only the organizer of promoting the rule of law country,but also the executor of implementing the strategy of rule by law.To strengthen legal education for the party and government cadres,improve the rule of law thinking,establish a belief of national constitution and law,and develop a habit of administration and work of law is of great significance for the comprehensive deepening reform,the realization of the strategic goal of building a well off society in an all round way,comprehensively administering the party strictly and promoting the strategy of governing the country in accordance with the law.
