机械工程专业生产实习新模式

New mode of production practice for mechanical engineering majors

针对以往生产实习中存在的问题,对机械工程专业生产实习进行改革。坚持以问题为导向,推出了提高生产实习质量的系列改革举措,包括生产实习的管理模式、实习基地建设、生产实习的过程管理以及调动学生实习主观能动性等。经费保障是推进生产实习改革的重要条件,而实习内容落实则是关键。从改革效果来看,实习内涵得到加强,提升了学生的实践动手能力、岗位适应能力和就业竞争力。

In view of the problems existing in the past production practice,the reform on the production practice is carried out.By adhering to the problemoriented principle,a series of reform measures are adopted including the management mode of production practice,the base construction for production practice,the process management for production practice,the mobilization of the students’subjective initiative,etc.Financial guarantee is the precursor for the practice reform,and the implementation of the practice is the key.From the perspective of the reform effect,the practice connotation is strengthened,and students’practical ability,post adaptability and employment competitiveness are improved.
