摘要
针对传统无损检测技术课程实验教学中存在的主要问题,结合华中农业大学工学院的具体实践,开展无损检测技术创新型实验课程教学。创新型实验以鸡蛋为研究对象,让学生掌握测量鸡蛋新鲜度无损检测的基本方法。整个实验贯穿了无损检测技术课程中的数字图像处理技术、近红外光谱技术等各项研究方法和数据处理,旨在活跃本科生的科研思维,提高学生创新实践能力。
In view of the main problems existing in the experimental teaching of the traditional Nondestructive Detecting Technology course,and in combination with the concrete practice of Huazhong Agricultural University,the innovative experiment course teaching of nondestructive detection technology is carried out.The innovative experiment is conducted with eggs as the object of study so as to help the students to master the basic methods of nondestructive detecting of egg freshness.The whole experiment includes the research methods and data processing methods such as the digital image processing technology,the near infrared spectroscopy technology,etc.,in the Nondestructive Detecting Technology course,whose purpose is to activate the undergraduate students’research thinking,and improve their innovative and practical ability.
