Exploration on ladder-type experimental training for medical research-oriented graduate students under ESA mode

秉承"素质教育和创新教育"理念,探索建立在ESA模式下开展对医学科学学位型研究生进行阶梯式科研实验培训。展开问卷调查明确培训方向、编写实验培训讲义、进行基础式岗前培训、系列式实验技术实训、依托科研项目的针对式指导,以及微课微信碎片式、在线虚拟仿真学习,并且举办系列科研讲座及沙龙活动。以阶梯式层次培养使研究生得到较为规范的生物安全、生物医学系列技能训练。

According to the idea of“Quality education and innovation education”,the establishment of the laddertype practical training mode for medical science degrcetype graduate students under the ESA(engagestudyactivate)mode is explored.To conduct the questionnaires to identify the training objectives,compiles training materials,carries out the basic prejob training,and the serial experimental practical training.With the targeted guidance based on research projects,and through the microclass,WeChat and online virtual simulation learning,a series of research seminars and salon activities are organized.With the laddertype training,graduate students get a series of the more standardized skill trainings in biosafety and biomedicine.
