催化裂化催化剂比表面积的测定

摘要 分析了微介孔材料催化裂化(FCC)催化剂比表面积测定方法存在的不足;通过吸附-脱附等温线的比对分析,确定了FCC催化剂的吸附等温线属于Ⅳ型,可采用BET法进行等效表征;考察了低温氮吸附法测定FCC催化剂比表面积的影响因素,确定了FCC催化剂比表面积适宜的测定条件;考察了相对压力范围对t-plot线性的影响以及对微孔比表面积测定结果的影响等因素,给出了t-plot最佳的相对压力范围,确定了FCC催化剂中非微孔比表面积的测定方法。 The specific surface area analysis method of fluid catalytic cracking(FCC)catalyst with microporous and mesoporous materials was discussed and the deficiencies of the current industrial standard was identified.Adsorption isotherm of FCC catalyst was characterized as typeⅣby the comparison of adsorption and desorption isotherm;consequently the BET method can be adopted for the specific surface area analysis.The testing parameters of low temperature nitrogen adsorption method were investigated,such as the influence of relative pressure to the linearity of tplot and the results of specific surface area.The testing range of relative pressure was suggested,the suitable test conditions of specific surface area analysis of FCC catalyst were recommended.
